In addition to her role in the non-profit realm, Latasha also serves as a trusted Business Consultant serving as Founder/CEO of The Varnadoe Group, a boutique business consulting firm. Leveraging her extensive knowledge and experience, she assists businesses in navigating the ever-evolving landscape of industry trends and strategies. Her innovative solutions and strategic guidance empower businesses to optimize their operations, streamline processes, and achieve sustainable growth.
