With a distinguished career spanning over 29 years in the Federal Bureau of Land Management, Denise has achieved numerous "firsts" and significant accomplishments across government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors.

A New York native, Denise holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California. Her leadership journey includes progressing from being the first woman professional hired by the Bureau of Land Management to becoming the top career professional as Deputy Director, overseeing 200 offices, 10,000 employees, and a $1 billion budget.

Denise’s deep commitment to fostering collaboration and community led her to establish World’s Best Connectors in 2019. Her goal is to encourage synergy among talented, community-minded CEOs and provide comprehensive consultation for other business leaders.
