The generation of young people, born between 1997 and 2012, has been labelled as “Generation Z” or “Zoomers.” If people thought the friction and misunderstandings between Baby Boomers and Millennials were issues, the generational divides have only intensified during and after the pandemic.
The World’s Best Connectors (WBC) is a community of C-suite executives who help other executives get their jobs done. Its hybrid 5th Annual Workshop—How Can Organizations Attract & Retain Zoomers Presented by Arizona State University—will provide the attendees with what WBC CEO Denise Meridith calls “the new 3 R’s”: resources, references, and referrals.
