I apologize, both to my marketing staff and you–the readers, for the delay in composing our Friday Highlights. But I had an epiphany I needed to share with our audience of CEOs and business owners, and changed what I was going to do with today’s column.
During the past 13 months of the pandemic, I have been to 1000 or more webinars, conferences, and meetings. Many have been good, some poor, but few have been what I call mind-bending: ones that provided new information that changed your beliefs or actually made enough of an impact to change how you think or act.
This morning, David Cogan (of Eliances) had a Power Presenter session with Todd Stottlemyre. By telling stories about his life and baseball career, he gave an incredibly powerful presentation about steps we all need to take to control our emotions and, thus, our life and success.
