Abdelnour has over 30-year experience on Wall Street backing over 125 companies & serial entrepreneurs worth in aggregate over 20 billion dollars in the private equity, high yield bond, and distressed debt markets.Among others, he is also Founder & Chairman of the Board of the Financial Policy Council; Chairman of the Advisory Board of Hawkstorm Global,a member of TIGER 21, and of Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
Abdelnour holds an MBA in Finance Summa Cum Laude from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania & a BS in Economics, Summa Cum Laude, from the American University of Beirut.

Grace O’Sullivan serves as Associate Vice President of Corporate Engagement and Strategic Partnerships. She brings over a decade of expertise in higher education and creating impactful public-private partnerships. Grace’s efforts lead to efficient and win-win-win collaborations between corporations and the nation’s most innovative school, Arizona State University.
Grace designs and launches comprehensive engagements with Fortune 500 that span talent development, custom curriculum programs, R&D, real estate and global initiatives. Prior to this role, Grace advanced a portfolio of strategic health partnerships, including ASU’s flagship partners: Mayo Clinic, Dignity Health, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Valleywise Health and HonorHealth. In addition, she helped launch a set of connected health initiatives led by Nobel Laureate, Dr. Leland Hartwell at the ASU Biodesign Institute.
Grace also previously served as Executive Director and Chief of Staff for Dr. Sethuraman Panchanathan, Executive Vice President of the Knowledge Enterprise at ASU. Earlier in her career, she served in leadership and research advancement roles at ASU’s Biodesign Institute, which represents the largest single investment in research infrastructure in Arizona.
As a native Phoenician, Grace has an entrenched passion for her community and has worked for numerous non-profits in education, civil rights, and animal welfare. She currently serves on the board of Terros Health, a nonprofit, integrated care provider with specialization in medical care, wellness interventions, trauma-informed mental health and addiction recovery. Grace is also an advisory board member for the Museum of Walking, an educational resource center committed to the advancement of walking as an art and mindfulness practice.
Grace earned her B.S. in Justice Studies and M.B.A. from Arizona State University and is a Certified Research Administrator. She lives in Phoenix and enjoys painting, traveling and practicing yoga with her husband, Ryan.
