WHAT IS THE WBCs?

The World’s Best Connectors (WBCS) was founded in Phoenix, Arizona. The company virtually connects business c-suite executives, such as CEO’s, CFO’s CIO’s and COO’s with opportunities and resources to fulfill their own desired life objectives. The WBCs help other executives enhance their connections to their five (5) C’s, i.e., their connections to family, employees, clients, government, and the media.

The vision of The World’s Best Connectors (The WBCs) is for all CEOs to realize their potential, whether it is in a current career or in a future one, to the benefit of themselves, their families and their communities.

The mission of The World’s Best Connectors (The WBCs) is to give motivated CEOs the opportunities, connections and resources to enhance their relationships with family, employees, clients, government and the media. These CEOs, in turn, will provide a variety of top-quality services (e.g., branding/marketing, staffing, financial and technical assistance, etc.) to other executives and corporations, particularly those in technology and commercial development.

Connect with Government

Again, you may hold your nose, but actually government and big business are very similar, and they need each other. Sessions that will help you through the swamp (or become part of it if you want to) include “The Government: Ally or Foe?” and “Having Friends in High Places.”

Connect with Employees

Dealing with a modern workforce requires coping with change. Typical issues could include: “Not Another PowerPoint”—how to effectively “sell” your vision, “What am I Going to Do with These Millennials?”—how to recruit, retain and survive new generations or “Do I Need to Learn Spanish?”—making diversity your competitive edge.

Connect with the Media

Can’t live with them and can’t live without them! The media is changing dramatically and also becoming more important to your image. Topics include: “Advertising is for Cereal, Public Relations is for People,” “Taking Advantage of New Technologies,” and “Acing the Interview.”

American Airlines will tell you to put the oxygen mask for yourself before you help others. Likewise, the priority of The WBCs is on self-development. Some of the issues which we will cover this year include transitions (e.g., “Will I Ever Get to Retire?”), balancing life and work (e.g., “Healthy Habits,” “What Happened to Leaning In?”, “Business Travel is a Bitch”), and protecting your personal wealth (e.g., “Keeping What You Make”).

Some CEOs are uncomfortable talking to large groups or having to market themselves instead of their clients, and all companies can benefit from new partnerships. Sample topics can include: “I Hate Networking”-how to improve your own and your employees’ effective use of time, “Branching Outside the US,” and “The Profits are in the Partnerships”-how to create and maintain profitable partnerships.

WHAT IS PROJECT NILO?

Project NILO is a business education program that allows student athletes and parents to participate in digital education and work-based learning. It is designed to lead to potential employment, co-branded opportunity, and potential long-term business ownership. Project NILO adds “Ownership” to the NIL (i.e., Name, Image, and Likeness) discussions on-going at colleges and universities throughout the US. Throughout the experience, students and parents will have access to business experts, media and sports professionals, and other parents that can help. There will be opportunities to be featured on or to develop segments for traditional, social, or streaming media. NILO MEDIA NETWORK (NMN) is an OTT streaming television network that will be an important resource for students, parents, schools, partners,and sponsors.

Project NILO is designed for first-year, sophomore or junior college or university students and advanced high school seniors. The goal of Project NILO is for each participant who completes the program to graduate with his/her own business license.

We are thrilled to present an all-encompassing platform that brings athletes, brands, and consumers together like never before. A OTT platform for all things NIL, our mission is to empower athletes and help them unlock the true potential of their personal brands. One of the most exciting features of NILO Media is the ability for athletes to have their own dedicated channels, on-demand content and ad space geared to highlight their personal brand and partnering relationships. This personalized space allows athletes to maximize their monetization opportunities and build a loyal following of fans who genuinely support and engage with their content.
